Man-of-the-match Noah Grimes top-scored for Tyrone with 2-6, while Eoin McElholm hit 2-4.
Leading 2-7 to 0-8 at half-time, Tyrone finished strong to outscore Louth 3-7 to 0-4 across the final 20 minutes.
Substitute Shea McDermott bagged Tyrone’s fifth goal as they ran out victors on 14 points, to round off an impressive campaign which saw them claimed Ulster final honours at the expense of Donegal and defeat Munster champions Kerry in the All-Ireland semi-final.
Louth, crowned Leisnter champions recently for the first time since 1981 with their final victory over Meath, had taken down Connnacht kingpins Mayo in the All-Ireland semi-final.
They were ahead 0-8 to 1-4 with five minutes left to the interval, but failed to score in the remainder of the half and conceded 1-3, including the crucial second goal from Grimes on the cusp of the break.
