Well, that was comprehensive practically from start to finish from the Munster six-in-a-row champions. Waterford got it back to two points at one stage but they just could not live with Limerick’s firepower.

Cian Lynch has deservedly been named as the man of the match. Aaron Gillane and Shane O’Brien were superb throughout as they won all the individual battles to deliver a first win of the series after playing out a draw against Tipperary in the first round.

The seven-in-a-row charge is certainly on now.

Well that’s all from us folks. We hope you enjoyed our coverage today and we look forward to having you with us again soon.

Until next time, good luck!
